The provision of tech-based products and services enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, while the ultimate goal of improving public services makes GovTech a key player in shaping the future of government services. In this page, used to explore explore the importance of GovTech for innovative public services and how it is transforming the delivery of public services.
For this reason GovTech appears in the proposed Interoperable Europe Act (Article 10).
While GovTech remains an essential part for Innovative Public Services, we believe it was more efficient to have dedicated to GovTech a spece on its own. For this reason the GovTech Connect virtual community is from now on, the go-to hub for the entire EU GovTech marketplace, providing a space for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking. It serves as an information hub that brings together government entities, start-ups, SMEs, and investors to foster innovation and digitization of public services. This project aims to enhance the potential of GovTech by providing an innovative and comprehensive platform for the EU market.
Under the GovTech Connect community you can also access the GovTech Incubator, GovTech4all, where governments come together to adopt the best solutions developed by startups and other governments across the European continent. Both public and private sector organisations, research bodies, and NGOs will work together to learn from each other by collaborating to share insights, execute common pilot initiatives and enhance the prominence of GovTech at the national and EU levels.
So, we invite you to join GovTech Connect and connect with like-minded individuals who are shaping the future of public services through technology, and be up to date with the development of the GovTech Incubator activities and outcomes.
